Pick up at the Roastery

The Bourbon coffee variety from Guatemala boasts two delightful sensory characteristics: notes of almond and chocolate, and a pronounced acidity. This acidity makes this variety exceptionally vibrant as an espresso, resulting in a more lively and crisp flavor than more classic espresso profiles. The cup also shines when brewed in longer cups using a fully automatic machine or when combined with milk.

A heritage that remains palpable

Coffee is a living product. Every harvest brings new nuances, every growing region its own unique character. In our roastery, we combine experience, curiosity, and craftsmanship to bring out the best in every bean. This results in roasts with a clear structure, balanced sweetness, and depth of flavor. We understand origin as the foundation for quality – and as an invitation to continually rediscover coffee. Every cup is an expression of this philosophy: precise, distinctive, and authentically 220GRAD.
