The Process

Coffee is a dynamic product. No two harvests taste alike. With our selections, we curate balanced, complex cup profiles from the combination of different bean varieties.

Origin

Whenever possible, we travel to our producers and the places where the beans originate. Meeting people on site fosters trust, understanding, and genuine partnership.

Green Coffee

The journey from coffee cherry to storable green bean is long and demanding. For this, we rely on the expertise of our producers and logistics partners. The beans must not only be carefully processed and dried in the post-harvest process – their size, density, and sorting must also be correct so that we can later achieve perfect roasting results.

Roasting

We roast each variety individually according to our own specially developed profiles. Only after roasting are they combined to create our curated selections. Working together, they develop their full expression in the cup and combine to form harmonious overall profiles. Each selection has a clear purpose and a distinct flavor profile.

We take a holistic approach to coffee – from the plant to the cup. Good coffee can only be created when everyone involved benefits. That's why we focus on long-term partnerships, collaboration on equal terms, and carefully considered roasting processes.
