At 220GRAD, a menu is served – beyond the plate, where plates no longer exist. It consists of coffee, culinary delights, art, and (un)culture. The 220GRAD team invites four artists who are experts in pushing boundaries.

The actress Isabel Karajan enjoys international success. She performs in France as well as at renowned theaters and opera houses in German-speaking countries.

The two dancers, Farah Deen and Olivia Mitterhuemer, focus on hip hop and house music. With their festival Flavourama, which has long been known outside of Austria, they bring international performers to Salzburg.

Pianist Florian Reider is equally at home in jazz and classical music. He describes "limitless music-making" as his highest priority.

The three women are rooted in Salzburg – and that also connects them to the Macheiner family, who are behind 220GRAD. To ensure that the art appreciation doesn't go hand in hand with an empty stomach, the 220GRAD team will be cooking a slightly different menu each evening.

We're looking forward to an exciting evening!

"The selection of the artists was quite intuitive. We've known them for some time because they're regulars with us. Like us, their roots are in Salzburg. At the same time, we take much of what we do beyond the borders of Salzburg – and bring inspiration back to the city from other places."
