Shipping policy
Shipping is carried out by Austrian Post and its international partners (DHL or EURODIS), exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday).
As a rule, goods are shipped from our roastery in Maxglan within 1–3 business days of receiving the order.
Delivery time depends on the destination country. The average delivery times listed below are based on past experience and do not account for possible delays due to country-specific import regulations or storage times during customs processing.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRIA
Orders up to €50.00 – shipping costs €6.50
Orders from €50.00 – free shipping
Delivery usually takes place within 2 business days of shipment.
SHIPPING TO GERMANY
Orders up to €70.00 – shipping costs €10.42
Orders from €70.00 – free shipping
Delivery usually takes place within 2–3 business days of shipment, in exceptional cases up to 5 business days.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU
In addition to Austria and Germany, we currently also ship to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order and are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery usually takes place within 2–5 business days of shipment.

PICK-UP AT OUR ROASTERY
Online orders can also be picked up at the roastery in Maxglan during our opening hours.
Packages are ready for collection as soon as 2 hours after the order is placed.
